The  Hongqiao Middle and Senior Management Cadre Training graduation ceremony was held on November 16, 2020 with the presence of China Hongqiao’s chairman and CEO, Mr. Zhang Bo, the President of Taishan School of Management Chen Tianni, Pekin University’s Management Consulting Group senior partner among other industry leaders. 

After the delivery of awards to outstanding students who achieved the best results in the program – including the best paper award and the best project innovation award – Mr. Zhang Bo gave an insightful speech to all the participants.

In his speech, Mr. Zhang Bo stressed the importance the people: «No matter how advanced the technology is and how high the level of automation is, people are always the most important factor in a company. Therefore, our training has an important connection with the transformation of the enterprise. The training of the people is key to the transformation of the enterprise» he claimed.

He also underlined the importance of transforming Shandong Province’s traditional manufacturing with new development opportunities to create a real Industry of the Future.

China Hongqiao chairman & CEO also emphasized on the importance of social commitment from the inside out of the company stressing the idea that « employees are actively encouraged to participate in public welfare and charity», because «to build an enterprise that is respected by the society, we must first have employees that are respected by the society». Mr. Zhang Bo closed his speech claiming that he has learned a lot from all the students of the program and he is willing to go on learning from them in the future, in order to make progress together.
